About the Role As a Growth Marketing Manager , you’ll own the growth of one or more products within the Brainstorm Force ecosystem. Your responsibility isn’t simply to manage marketing channels. Your responsibility is to identify growth opportunities, prioritize the highest-impact initiatives, run experiments, and improve key business metrics like traffic, conversions, customer acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue. This role combines strategy with execution. One day you may be analyzing funnel data and identifying a growth bottleneck. The next day you may be launching a campaign, improving a landing page, reviewing onboarding emails, or working with Product and Design to improve activation. You’ll have the freedom to identify opportunities, test ideas, measure results, and scale what works. What You’ll Own Growth Strategy Own the growth of one or more products. Identify growth opportunities across the entire customer journey. Build quarterly growth plans aligned with business goals. Prioritize initiatives based on expected business impact rather than effort alone. Balance short-term wins with long-term growth initiatives. Customer Acquisition Develop and optimize acquisition strategies across: Organic Search (SEO) Paid Advertising Content Marketing Email Marketing Affiliate Marketing Creator & Influencer Partnerships Referral Programs Community Marketing You’ll decide where to invest-not because it’s your favorite channel, but because it creates the biggest business impact. Funnel Optimization: Own and improve the complete customer journey. Including: Visitor → Signup Signup → Activation Free → Paid Cart Recovery Upsells & Cross-sells Retention Expansion Identify bottlenecks. Build hypotheses. Run experiments. Measure results. Repeat. Experimentation : You’ll continuously improve product growth by running structured experiments.Examples include: Landing pages Pricing pages Checkout flows Email sequences Product onboarding In-app messaging CTAs Feature positioning Promotional campaigns Success isn’t measured by the number of experiments you launch.It’s measured by the business impact they create. Analytics & Decision Making : Use data to identify opportunities and guide decisions.You’ll regularly work with: GA4 Looker Studio Microsoft Clarity / Hotjar Search Console Ahrefs / Semrush CRM & Email Platforms Product Analytics You’ll be expected to connect marketing data with business outcomes-not simply report metrics. Product Marketing : Work closely with Product, Design and Engineering teams to: Launch new features Improve messaging Increase feature adoption Improve onboarding Improve activation Increase customer retention Partnerships & Community : Collaborate with: Affiliates Creators Agencies Hosting companies Strategic partners Build campaigns that create long-term growth-not just one-off promotions. Leadership : Mentor junior marketers. Write clear briefs. Prioritize work. Coordinate cross-functional execution. Maintain high execution standards. What We’re Looking For: 4-7 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, or Digital Marketing within SaaS, software, subscription, or product-led businesses. Experience owning business metrics-not just marketing activities. Strong understanding of growth funnels and customer journeys. Comfortable making decisions using data. Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills. Experience planning and executing experiments. Experience working across multiple acquisition channels. Excellent communication and copywriting skills. Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, Support, and Sales. Strong understanding of: CAC LTV ROAS Conversion Rates Attribution Activation Retention Funnel Analysis Good-to-Have Qualities: WordPress ecosystem experience. SaaS product marketing experience.
