About this role
At OnTheGoSystems, the company behind WPML , Toolset , and PTC , we are looking for a proactive, AI-native marketing professional who wants to take ownership of marketing and help shape how we do it. AI is a fundamental part of how we work. We're looking for someone who already uses AI agents, automation, integrations, and structured workflows for real-world marketing work, and who can show us what they've achieved with them. This is also a technical role. We've built our own analytics, newsletter, and marketing automation systems, so you should be comfortable working with technical tools, setting up a local development environment, and using tools like Claude to help you navigate technical tasks. You won't be joining an established marketing team or following a fixed strategy manual. You'll have the freedom to talk to our customers, understand our business, identify the strongest opportunities, and decide where our marketing should focus next. What will you be doing? Several areas currently need a manager: SEO / AEO Content and collaborations with partners, authors, and bloggers Marketing to existing customers, including retention and expansion Paid advertising Customer analysis Other marketing opportunities that you identify You will work practically, from identifying an opportunity to execution, measurement, and improvement. His first weeks We don't expect you to come with all the answers. We want you to understand the business first and then decide what needs to be done. You: You will learn about our products, industry, competitors, and ecosystem. He will speak directly with customers to understand their needs and how they view our products. It will analyze our data, existing activities, and opportunities. It will identify where marketing can have the greatest impact. He will create a concrete plan for the areas he proposes to lead and explain why. What are we looking for? You already use AI agents, automation, and advanced AI workflows in your daily work and can show us concrete results. You are proactive and comfortable with the technical side of marketing. You are curious and take the time to understand customers and the business before proposing solutions. You can work in different areas of marketing and turn ideas into action. You understand how marketing connects to business results. You have experience in marketing technical products, ideally software, SaaS, WordPress or similar. You work independently and can move things forward without detailed instructions. You feel comfortable working in an environment where priorities can change and not everything is defined in advance.
