Administer KnowBe4: training modules, phishing simulations, department-level metrics. SaaS Vendor Management. Support security incident handling from the security team side: escalation, timeline tracking, incident log. Participate in the SOC 2 certification process. Help prepare responses to security sections of questionnaires from current and prospective clients. ‍ What You Bring Must-have 2–4 years in information security or a related field (IT, DevOps with a security focus). Hands-on experience working with SaaS platforms from a security or administration perspective. Understanding of core concepts: access management, vulnerability management, endpoint protection, event monitoring. Experience with MDM solutions. Experience with EDR.
