About the position We are looking for a developer who can do an impressive job from start to finish — from idea to delivered working software — using AI as a system, not as a chat window. Take full ownership of the software you create. Design AI workflows and validation checks, ensure quality, monitor the performance of your software in production, and continuously improve both the product and how AI helps you create it. It would be great if I had Experience with Ruby on Rails or other back-end languages and frameworks. Extensive experience in SQL: comfortable designing schemas and writing complex queries. The habit of testing one's own work and a genuine interest in the quality of what one delivers. Real-world, hands-on experience using AI as a system to perform work from start to finish, with something impressive to show for it.
