Now we are looking for a Product GTM Manager to drive the global expansion of our KYB solution on a global scale. What You Will Be Doing: Develop and execute a global Go-to-Market strategy of the solutions in scope Lead the overall sales strategy across all major global markets, ensuring alignment with the company’s global growth objectives Support product adoption within key customer groups globally Support high-value deals and negotiations, acting as a Subject Matter Expert Lead the enablement of all relevant teams on the solution in scope Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, ensuring revenue targets and business KPIs are met Identify new market opportunities, develop regional expansion strategies, drive sales in key industries and adoption within key customer groups Conduct high-level competitive analysis and implement proactive strategies to strengthen market positioning Work closely with marketing, product, legal, sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of GTM initiatives About You: 5+ years of sales experience, experience in selling KYB products is a must Deep understanding of the KYB trends, including industry and geographic specificities and competitive landscapes Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, managing large enterprise deals, and expanding into new markets Proven track record of bringing new complex products to the market Experience in designing and executing go-to-market strategies for regional and global expansion while staying agile in a fast-changing business environment Have excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across a matrixed organisation, influencing, negotiating effectively with leadership and peers Experience in running large-scale education programs for 100+ people Proficiency in using sales analytics, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and data-driven decision-making Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
