Remote work Flexible Schedule Full time We're building a trading product from the ground up and looking for a Product Lead who is both an active trader and an experienced product manager. This isn't a role where one side is a nice-to-have. You'll be making product decisions that require real market intuition — understanding how traders think, what they actually need at execution speed, what separates a tool they trust from one they abandon, who the players in the market are, such as prop firms, brokers, data providers, what a CME license is, etc. Product management skills alone won't get you there. Trading experience alone won't either. At TradeFill in partnership with Railsware Product Studio, we build products that people love. You may know Railsware from building TradeZella, Calendly, ParentSquare, Mailtrap.io, Coupler.io, or TitanApps.io — tools that quietly serve millions of people. You'd be joining: Yaroslav Lazor — product & engineering (CEO and founder of Railsware, previously helped scale Calendly) Umar Ashraf — product, markets & distribution (founder of Tradezella, with 4M+ subscriber YouTube trading channel) It's a tight team. What You'll Get The ability to build and launch a product from scratch , fully managing the process at a stable company with extensive experience developing successful products Full ownership — from idea to shipped product, you run the loop Product-market proximity — you'll use the product yourself as a trader Collaborating with top market brands in the trading world – prop firms, brokers True AI-first environment with a stellar engineering team — we use AI as a core part of how we plan, research, design, and build, yet in tight collaboration with true engineering talent Outcome-driven culture — we combine synchronous collaboration with focused asynchronous work, choosing the approach that best supports effective outcomes What You Will Do Product Strategy Contribute to and own the end-to-end product vision Communicate that vision clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional teams Transform strategy into a prioritized product roadmap Prepare a billing model aligned with revenue and profitability goals Product Prototyping and Discovery Lead product ideation and prototyping - channeling that into discovery sessions Conduct customer development activities — including direct calls with traders and potential users Run market research and competitive analysis Product development Define and scope features for development Lead the development process using Agile methodology Carry out proactive risk management and troubleshooting UI/UX AI-driven prototypes, mockups, wireframes Collaborate with a product designer to implement current UI/UX best practices Improve product UX to drive conversion and retention Product Analytics Constantly monitor and improve product success metrics such as MRR, CAC, LTV, Churn, NPS, etc Conduct ad-hoc analysis of the web and product metrics using data from the product database to validate decisions Make data-driven decisions alongside the data analytics team What we're looking for Product Management 5+ years in Product Management Hands-on experience shipping SaaS products — B2C (end-user focus) and B2B (understanding sales workflows and processes) Demonstrated ability to own and communicate end-to-end product vision Experience with PDM frameworks, product analytics, and product design tools Experience running customer development and market research independently Experience delivering software products in the US and/or EU markets Trading experience Active trading experience in any market — futures, stocks, crypto, forex, or similar Day trading, scalping, and/or swing trading experience Technical Backgr…
