Job Title: Senior Fullstack Engineer Job Type: Contractor Location: Remote Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Key Responsibilities: • Architect and develop robust, scalable applications leveraging React and modern fullstack frameworks. • Optimize application performance through advanced state management and frontend best practices. • Design and implement efficient backend APIs, ensuring secure authentication and data integrity. • Collaborate on system design decisions and evaluate architectural tradeoffs for scalability and maintainability. • Integrate and optimize database solutions supporting complex business logic and high traffic. • Drive CI/CD, deployment processes, and basic DevOps tasks to streamline releases and maintain system health. • Leverage Adobe InDesign for integration or automation within product workflows, ensuring outstanding end-user results. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Proven experience in advanced frontend development with React, focusing on performance and state management. • Strong expertise in backend system design, building APIs, and understanding authentication mechanisms. • Deep knowledge of database architecture, optimization, and scalable application patterns. • Demonstrated ability to optimize large-scale systems, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks. • Familiarity with DevOps fundamentals, including CI/CD pipelines, system monitoring, and deployment automation. • Experience with Adobe InDesign integration or workflow optimization. • Solid foundation in software architecture and evaluating tradeoffs during system design. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working in distributed or fully remote engineering teams. • Prior involvement in projects requiring extensive scalability or advanced optimization strategies. • Knowledge of modern security and authentication practices beyond standard implementations.
