Most Important Strong hands-on experience developing and deploying Machine Learning models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn Proven experience moving models from research to production environments Solid understanding of model performance optimization, evaluation metrics, and monitoring Experience working with data pipelines and large datasets in production settings Strong proficiency in Python for ML workflows Nice to Have Experience with MLOps practices and tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, model versioning, CI/CD for ML) Familiarity with cloud-based ML platforms such as AWS SageMaker or Google Vertex AI Experience with distributed training or large-scale ML systems Personal Traits Proactive Communicator: You value clear, asynchronous communication and keep stakeholders aligned across time zones. Will I be working full-time or part-time hours? At X-Team, we only hire people who can fully dedicate themselves to a project. That means a standard 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
