Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven expertise in Linux and Windows administration in enterprise environments. Strong experience with end-to-end systems configuration and optimization. Demonstrated ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex infrastructure issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive approach to collaboration. Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a remote work setting. Preferred Qualifications: Experience integrating cloud systems (AWS, Azure, or similar) with on-premises infrastructure. Certifications such as RHCSA, MCSE, or CompTIA Server+. Background supporting fast-paced, innovative tech environments.
