About this role
At OnTheGoSystems, we have been developing successful translation and localization software since 2007 with a fully remote, international team. Our products are used on over 1.5 million active WordPress sites, helping businesses worldwide create and manage multilingual websites and content. We are looking for a hands-on, paid advertising technical specialist who knows how to connect AI, automation, and data with real advertising workflows. What will he do? This is a position where you will have the freedom to create, test, and improve , not just manage campaigns designed by someone else. It will handle paid advertising in a practical way, with room to explore how AI, automation and better use of data can improve campaign management. You'll be able to experiment with new tools and approaches, create your own solutions, and directly influence how we develop a more technical, AI-based approach to paid advertising. We would especially like to meet someone who: I have personally configured, executed, analyzed, and optimized paid campaigns. Have practical experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, or LinkedIn Ads. You have used technical tools to automate, connect, analyze, or improve advertising workflows. This could include Google Ads Scripts, advertising APIs, Python, Zapier, Make, GA4, BigQuery, Looker Studio, and AI agents. Feel comfortable managing multiple campaigns or channels at the same time. You can show real-world examples of using AI or automation to solve advertising problems or reduce manual work. Think analytically and enjoy investigating why performance changes, not just reporting that it has changed. Understand that automation needs validation and be able to explain how you verify that automated workflows are working correctly. You can work independently, prioritize what requires attention, and move things forward without detailed instructions. Enjoy experimenting with new technologies and turning useful ideas into functional solutions.
